Consultations- All new clients require an introductory consultation to ensure that your style needs and hair goals are met. Consultations are to be scheduled PRIOR TO BOOKING SERVICES. APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED DURING YOUR CONSULTATION.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations within 48hrs of your scheduled appointments will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of service total.  NO call NO show will be charged 100% of the service total.

 

PLEASE DO NOT - Arrive to your appointment early or bring company to insure the privacy of other clients. (Unless approved)  If you arrive early please wait in your car.

 

Late Arrivals- Clients more than 15 mins late to a scheduled appointment are subject to losing their appointment slot and subject to being charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 virus "Rare Naturals Hair Sanctuary"  is following the (CDC)

Center of Disease Control social distancing and sanitation practices. We are doing our best to protect our clients, staff and community.​

ALL clients MUST wear a mask during the duration of your service, otherwise service will be denied.

-Wash your hands upon arrival.

-NO food allowed.

-Drinks must have a lid.

#1. Neither I, nor members of my household, have experienced any of the following symptoms listed below within the last 14 days.

​

*TEMPERATURE above 98.7

*CHILLS

*COUGHING

*CONGESTION/RUNNY NOSE

*FATIGUE

*DIFFICULTY BREATHING or SHORTNESS OF BREATH

*MUSCLE or BODY ACHES

*HEADACHES

*SORE THROAT

*LOSS OF TASTE & SMELL

*NAUSEA or VOMITING

*DIARRHEA

#2. Neither I, nor members of my household, have been diagnosed with (COVID-19) within the last 7 days.

 

#3. I understand that (COVID-19) may still be contagious without SYMPTOMS. I still have an elevated risk of contracting the virus simply by being in the public.

#4. I will not hold "Rare Naturals Hair Sanctuary" liable for any exposure to (COVID-19)

#5. If I take any steps to make a claim for damages against "Rare Naturals Hair Sanctuary"

it's employees or any other related parties, I shall be obligated to pay ALL attorney fees and cost, incurred as a result of such claim.

Rare Naturals Hair Sanctuary agrees to the following:

​

*ALL equipment and tools will be cleaned and disinfected after each client.

*ALL surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each client, according to CDC guidelines.

By initialing and signing below I agree to hold Harmless and release "Rare Naturals Hair Sanctuary" from any liability, for the unintentional exposure or harm due to (COVID-19)
